The school is on a journey to the best not in the world but for the community of people that make the Orchards such a wonderful place to be for all the learners. The development of the school has been one of flow ensuring each step has been built on the previous one and innovations have been able to flow from the successes enjoyed by prior actions. Talent and teamwork have got us to where we are and will take us to the next stage too. Intelligent effort is at the core of our actions. Our adoption of the flow methodology ensures that our skills level matches the challenge of the task we have set ourselves and we are compelled to achieve our goal by a significant moral purpose. We will aim to provide a high challenge -low stress environment. Success arises from a steady accumulation of advantages- - our role, as i see it is providing through education and care for the children, advantages where it is lacking and a community of explicit positive values and ambitions.
